Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including closing mid-market and enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $50K–$1M+
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and expand a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quota
  • Establish and enforce intentional, repeatable sales methodologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide deal-level coaching, from discovery through negotiation and close
  • Onboard and uplevel talent in a fast-paced environment
  • Personally drive the sales process and be accountable for Boulevard’s most strategic and complex deals, which can involve multi-year cycles and seven-figure contract values
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving and exceeding strategic sales quotas on a monthly basis, ensuring consistent execution and overall sales success
  • Oversee RFP responses, consolidate customer requirements, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap alignment
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at strategic accounts and internally, and coach your team to do the same, multithreading deals by orchestrating BLVD executive sponsors (CRO, CEO, CTO, and peers) to drive alignment, remove blockers, and accelerate close
  • Architect and refine the Mid-Market & Enterprise sales playbook to ensure scalability and predictability
  • Leverage AI and modern sales technology to increase efficiency, accuracy, and team effectiveness
  • Establish strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline in collaboration with Revenue Operations
