Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including closing mid-market and enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $50K–$1M+
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience driving new business acquisition with ACV deal sizes ranging from $20K–$500K
  • Experience leading complex strategic opportunities, including enterprise deals exceeding seven figures
  • Experience with RFP responses and partnering with Product and Engineering
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and expand a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quota
  • Establish and enforce intentional, repeatable sales methodologies
  • Provide deal-level coaching from discovery through negotiation and close
  • Personally drive the sales process and be accountable for Boulevard’s most strategic and complex deals
  • Hold team accountable for achieving and exceeding strategic sales quotas
  • Oversee RFP responses, consolidate customer requirements, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap alignment
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at strategic accounts
  • Architect and refine the Mid-Market & Enterprise sales playbook
  • Leverage AI and modern sales technology to increase efficiency, accuracy, and team effectiveness
  • Establish strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline
