Candidates must have over 10 years of software industry experience with current SaaS experience, preferably in business applications, and 5-10 years of sales management experience. A demonstrated track record of leading enterprise sales teams to exceed quotas, driving substantial growth in Fortune 500 accounts, and executing "land-and-expand" sales strategies in large enterprise accounts is required. Experience in vertical markets such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, and/or public sector, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills are essential. The ability to motivate and lead, embody company core values, operate with integrity and urgency, execute sales methodologies like MEDDIC, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth software company environment are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or MBA is preferred. Travel is required up to 50%.
The Sr. Regional Director will build and lead a sales team to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, accurately forecasting sales results. They will act as a player/coach in a complex, solution-based sales process within large enterprise accounts, driving new business opportunities by coaching Account Executives on account-focused strategies. This role involves driving senior executive engagement in target accounts, executing all disciplines of sales management including account, opportunity, and relationship planning, and partnering with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing management to close software and professional services solutions. The Director will proactively identify and address issues to increase growth velocity in their assigned sales region and perform other duties as assigned.
