Candidates should have at least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions. A proven track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, ranking among the top 10% of salespeople in their current role, is essential. Alternatively, candidates with a Senior Manager or higher position in a Big 4 firm's Risk Advisory practice (risk management, internal audit) are also considered. The role requires the ability to travel 25%-30% for client and partner meetings, events, and conferences, and must be based in the West Region (SF Bay Area, Washington, Arizona, Utah).
The Enterprise Account Executive will sell AuditBoard products to large public and private organizations, executing full-cycle sales including territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing opportunities. Responsibilities include expanding business in existing and new customer accounts through cross-sell, up-sell, and net new business acquisition. The role involves strategizing multi-pillar platform sales across multiple business units and economic buyers, collaborating with C-level executives to develop tailored solutions, and identifying prospective customers' pain points to educate them on AuditBoard's value proposition. The Account Executive will demo the product, guide prospects through the sales process, co-create solutions and business cases, and work closely with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, and Value Architects to achieve sales goals. Additionally, they will develop the partner ecosystem with Big 4 and boutique firms to aid in business development efforts and partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams.
