Candidates must possess over 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a preference for those located in the Tri-state area or Chicago, or open to other geographies in CST or EST. The role requires up to 80% travel for in-person client meetings.
The Strategic Accounts Director will focus on a set of named, high-value, tier 1 enterprise accounts, owning a mix of prospects and cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying key influencers and stakeholders, developing and nurturing relationships, generating sales opportunities, and closing large commercial agreements. The director will also work closely with company leadership and serve as a trusted thought partner to clients, devising and executing strategic approaches to generate business.
AI decision support platform for underwriters
Kalepa provides a platform called Copilot that helps underwriters in the commercial insurance market assess risks and exposures of businesses. By combining artificial intelligence with human insights, it enables more accurate pricing and underwriting, which helps insurance companies reduce losses and improve efficiency. The platform operates on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, where clients pay subscription fees for access. Kalepa aims to enhance underwriting processes and improve the performance of insurance providers.
