Candidates must possess at least 10 years of proven success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions in healthcare, and an established network of health system executive contacts. They should be familiar with EHR systems or digital health platforms, and demonstrate public speaking or presentation expertise. A bachelor’s degree is required.
The Senior Sales Executive will own the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships with c-suite executives, negotiating, and contracting within a geographic territory, and developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. They will collaborate with internal teams, navigate long sales cycles, stay informed about industry trends, and partner with internal teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences. The role also requires demonstrating knowledge of critical operational and clinical metrics and processes, and effectively communicating complex solutions to clients.
