Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Digital Product - Outreach Strategy will drive the member (patient) platform product, enhancing internal operations and processes to enable downstream teams to optimize product capabilities and new business models. This role involves understanding diverse data, identifying user segments, developing insights, creating new processes, and communicating them to internal consumers to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include re-architecting systems for scale and speed, communicating complex concepts to influence stakeholders, identifying user needs and recommending innovative solutions, negotiating tradeoffs to achieve roadmap objectives, and delivering incremental user value. The role also requires developing and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap with milestones and measurable outputs, aggregating user feedback into defined problem statements, coordinating dependencies, managing stakeholder expectations, understanding business drivers, and developing/measuring product KPIs. A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, and market movements is also necessary.
