Position Overview

This role is for a strategic leader within EPD Operations, reporting to the Director. You will be instrumental in integrating engineering, product, and design program management with both product and engineering operations. Your responsibilities will span the entire EPD organization, encompassing Product Management, UX/Design, User Research, and Engineering, with the goal of driving efficiency and maximizing market impact.

Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Lead multiple cross-functional EPD programs focused on delivering innovative technical solutions, requiring a broad understanding of the business landscape.
  • Collaborate with EPD leadership to define program goals, identify necessary resources, and establish cross-functional teams.
  • Drive engagement with cross-functional partners, decompose business requirements into project roadmaps with measurable milestones, optimize scope and schedule, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Act as the primary liaison across engineering, product, design, clinical, care delivery, commercial, compliance, legal, infosec, and privacy teams, facilitating alignment and unified decision-making among diverse stakeholders.
  • Monitor program progress and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate program retrospectives to identify and implement improvements to the program management process.
  • Organize and lead program offsites twice annually.

Product & Engineering Operations

  • Coordinate and refine the EPD annual planning process in collaboration with cross-functional Strategy, Planning, & Operations (SP&O) counterparts in clinical, care delivery, and commercial functions.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance collaboration among EPD, clinical, care delivery, and commercial teams. This includes coordinating offsites and rituals, creating and evolving forums and tools, and representing EPD in all interactions with other functions.
  • Own and optimize EPD's rituals and processes for metrics monitoring and team-level planning.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to support EPD teams in achieving key business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of new processes and standards within the EPD organization.
  • Serve as the primary EPD point of contact for answering and triaging commercial inquiries related to Omada's products.

Your Impact

  • Own and drive large, EPD-focused cross-functional projects to achieve clear goals and tangible results.
  • Guide cross-functional leadership teams in making critical planning and resourcing trade-offs based on company priorities and potential impact.
  • Develop and implement appropriate, lightweight, and consistent processes to foster EPD accountability and drive business impact, such as roadmap reviews and metrics monitoring rituals.
  • Support the Sr. Director of EPD Operations and the Product organization in enhancing speed and effectiveness.
