Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on security or infrastructure products. A deep understanding of the modern detection and response ecosystem, including TIPs, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and malware analysis, is essential. Proven experience owning roadmap and strategy, shipping products, and driving impact is required, along with strong, credible communication skills for both engineers and executives. The ability to operate at a fast pace and bring a working model of the market is expected. Preferred experience includes hands-on work with malware analysis, detection engineering, SOC tooling, product marketing, analyst relations, category positioning, and familiarity with threat intel, IR, and SOC workflow intersections. Experience with API platforms, integrations, or infrastructure products for technical users is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Head of Product will define product strategy, own the roadmap across the core platform, workflows, and integrations, and drive go-to-market enablement. Responsibilities include balancing short-term product acceleration with long-term vision, driving cross-functional alignment, and building tight feedback loops with customers and internal teams. The role involves extracting signal from customer feedback to set clear priorities, serving as the internal voice of the market, and working closely with Engineering to scope and ship products. Collaboration with Threat Research to translate detection logic into product bets and partnering with Product Marketing for effective product positioning are key. The Head of Product will also represent the product externally, shaping the category definition and strategy.
