Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, delivering project, program, and portfolio management, and consulting/supporting large-scale strategic initiatives. Previous healthcare or managed care experience and experience in an Agile environment are required, along with proficiency in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel. Up to 10% travel within the US may be required.

Responsibilities

The Project Management Lead will manage all aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget. This includes designing and implementing operational plans, monitoring progress, resolving operational problems, and identifying and developing necessary resources. Responsibilities also involve preparing designs and work specifications, developing schedules, budgets, and forecasts, communicating with other operational areas to secure resources, conducting status meetings and preparing reports, setting priorities, allocating tasks, coordinating project staff, and advising executives on functional strategies.
