Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or a SaaS product. Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design, understanding of the software development lifecycle (preferably Agile/Scrum), and product development experience in healthcare technology are required. Preferred qualifications include a strong background in healthcare processes, code systems, data integration, product management, leadership skills, independent execution of complex database queries, working knowledge of secure and scalable data integration pipelines, successful launch and scaling of analytical or data products (ideally in healthcare), experience with EHR or population health products/datasets, and comfort managing executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Product Manager will partner with business owners, data analysts, engineers, designers, and AI researchers to define project goals, solution scope, implementation approaches, and rollout plans for the Risk Platform. Key responsibilities include scaling the platform to integrate new data sources, incorporating AI services, modeling data for reports and dashboards, identifying and productionizing improved data operations and digital workflows, and bridging the gap between business needs and platform capabilities. They will also cultivate a shared vision, optimize live user workflows, develop detailed user stories with measurable outcomes, and create short- and long-term roadmaps.
