This role seeks a Product Manager to address common pain points in the healthcare experience, including medication costs, insurance understanding, affordability, and healthcare billing. The position will focus on improving both the self-serve digital experience and human-powered services. The goal is to increase healthcare access and affordability for millions of members while scaling the business to support many millions more.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system.
  • Ability to deeply understand user/customer needs through quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
  • Collaboration skills with design, engineering, data science, clinicians, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with the full product lifecycle (idea, research, design, development, launch, and beyond).
  • Ability to create and implement measures to quantify and optimize product impact.
  • Expertise in healthcare problem-solving and advocacy.

Responsibilities
