The Lead Digital Product Manager will develop the vision and roadmap for the platform and its capabilities, including functionality, performance, and lifecycle, to drive eCommerce acquisition growth. They will provide strategic thought-leadership as a subject matter expert in Product Management, assess business and consumer impact of options, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases and requirements. This role involves establishing hypotheses for testing and iteration, maintaining a deep understanding of customer and business needs to develop requirements and features for a best-in-class digital experience, and establishing success measures and product/feature KPIs. The position requires leading cross-functional teams through influence, structuring and leading meetings, clearly communicating expectations, and updating stakeholders on progress and milestones.
