Responsibilities

The Digital Strategist will develop a deep understanding of key customer segments and buyer personas, identifying pain points and behaviors through various research methods. They will map and analyze the customer journey, translate insights into messaging and digital experiences, and manage the content calendar to coordinate marketing initiatives. This role involves planning and managing digital programs to engage audiences and establish thought leadership, contributing to the SEO/AEO roadmap by documenting audience questions and keywords. The strategist will partner with various teams to improve digital presence, manage community programs, identify and propose solutions for friction points in the digital journey, and ensure content is engaging and relevant. They will also leverage personalization tools to implement tailored website experiences and collaborate with SEO/Content teams to develop content for search engines and AI. Additionally, they will share content and web assets with marketing and sales teams and create program quick reference guides.
