Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's or PhD in a relevant field and hold an active or inactive clinical license, with at least 5 years of direct patient care experience in mental health. A minimum of 4 years working in digital mental health and 3 years of experience with AI-driven clinical products, including NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI, are required. Excellent communication skills to translate clinical concepts to non-clinical teams and knowledge of evidence-based clinical frameworks like CBT and mindfulness are essential.
