A minimum of 5 years of experience working within a software product team in a fast-paced tech environment is required, along with proven experience with workflow and product management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the demonstrated ability to assess business value and prioritize features. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating and resolving competing priorities from multiple stakeholders and possess a collaborative mindset.
The Product Owner will translate product strategy and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and prototypes. They will collaborate closely with engineering to ensure timely and resource-efficient delivery, and develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances long-term strategy with short-term deliverables. This role involves owning and managing the product backlog by organizing, refining, and prioritizing to maximize value. The Product Owner will monitor product development from concept through launch, ensuring quality and alignment with goals, and regularly communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring feedback loops are in place. They will also organize and participate in the planning, review, and delivery of releases with cross-functional teams, championing an iterative, agile-inspired approach focused on shipping value early and often.
