Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 7+ years in product marketing or consumer marketing roles, ideally within health tech or high-growth consumer technology organizations. Strong storytelling and communication skills are required, demonstrating the ability to distill complex topics into clear, consumer-friendly messages, as well as deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and developing messaging, coupled with analytical abilities to leverage data for strategic decision-making and improved marketing performance.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategies for new product features and clinical service updates, collaborating closely with the CMO and co-founders to develop messaging and positioning. They will work cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Creative, and Operations teams to optimize patient journeys and integrate patient-focused initiatives. The role involves owning the voice of the patient through research and insights, creating patient-facing materials, and tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to inform GTM priorities.
