Senior Product Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Overview
Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Product Marketing at Talkiatry serves two functions:
- Own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market of Talkiatry’s clinical services as well as patient-facing product.
- Own the research and represent the voice of the customer for each of our key audiences, serving as the marketing team’s liaison across the organization for Patient marketing.
This strategic role will focus on enhancing the patient experience through impactful product launches, clinical updates, and brand initiatives. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that communicate the value of Talkiatry’s innovative mental health offerings directly to patients, improving engagement and satisfaction.
About Talkiatry
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome.
With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product features, clinical service updates, and patient experience enhancements.
- Work closely with the CMO and co-founders to develop and refine compelling messaging and positioning tailored to Talkiatry’s mission and vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Creative, and Operations teams to optimize patient journeys and integrate patient-focused initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and storytelling efforts.
- Own the voice of the patient by conducting and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative research, ensuring that patient insights are at the heart of our marketing and product strategies.
- Partner with Marketing teams to create patient-facing materials, including emails, website updates, and other educational resources.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics such as patient engagement, brand awareness, retention, and NPS, using data-driven insights to inform Talkiatry’s GTM priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in product marketing or consumer marketing roles, ideally within health tech and/or high-growth consumer technology organizations.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, consumer-friendly messages.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and developing messaging.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of leveraging data to drive strategy and improve marketing performance.
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
