Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop compelling messaging frameworks for the member experience, lead cross-functional go-to-market strategy across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, and conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. They will orchestrate go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature rollouts, collaborate with the Revenue Enablement team to equip field-facing teams, and contribute to thought leadership by partnering on content that elevates Spring Health's voice in the mental health tech space.
