The Solutions Consultant is responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Kustomer sales cycle. They will act as the technical bridge between Account Executives and prospects, take ownership of the prime technical relationship with prospects, and drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information. Responsibilities include working closely with Sales teams and product management to deliver solutions, evangelizing Kustomer platform value, assessing business requirements, identifying key pain points, proposing solutions, demonstrating ROI, and developing a technical sales strategy.
