Candidates must have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. A minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Applications is required. Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco is desirable, as is proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other enterprise cloud software solutions. Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services, along with territory management skills including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts, is also necessary. Travel may be required.
The Specialist Solution Consultant will develop, position, and provide industry and product-specific solutions during sales cycles to achieve sales goals. They will support product sales as a technical, industry, and domain expert for client-facing sales teams, leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and delivering persona and value-based product demonstrations. Responsibilities include developing client partner relationships, guiding strategic programs in top accounts, providing feedback to product management to influence the product roadmap, sharing best practices with other Solution Consultants, staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation, and supporting marketing events.
