Technical expertise is required in various technologies including Modern Retail, Fixed Operations, Dealer Operations, and Forms. A comprehensive knowledge of CDK products is also necessary, along with the ability to travel up to 60%.
The Customer Success Solutions Consultant will leverage expertise in software development and the automotive industry to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success. This role involves collaborating with Product and internal teams to design and implement customized strategies that enhance product adoption and value realization. Responsibilities include improving CSM efficiency, reducing client cancellations, increasing client retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The consultant will continuously improve existing CDK solutions, identify innovation opportunities, and champion CDK products by incorporating customer feedback into the roadmap. They will also strengthen relationships with dealership management, act as a trusted advisor, provide continuous enablement and proactive technical support, and work with at-risk customers to determine turnaround strategies. Additionally, the role involves mentoring CSMs and peers, serving as a Subject Matter Expert on change management best practices, and providing feedback to Sales and Marketing.
