Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role, with deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify. A strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies (JavaScript, JSON) is required, along with proven experience in conducting technical discovery sessions and designing customer-focused solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically and engage executive-level stakeholders. Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes is also necessary, and relevant cloud platform certifications or experience within U.S. industry verticals are a plus.
The Senior Solution Consultant will support sales efforts as a technical and domain expert across CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms, leading engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges. They will design and deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting business value, build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams. Responsibilities also include sharing best practices and industry knowledge, staying updated on market trends and emerging technologies, and representing the company at key marketing and customer events.
