Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in ticket support, patience, compassion, adaptability, a strong desire to learn, and a positive attitude are required. Experience with Intercom or other chat platforms is strongly preferred, and tech/start-up experience is a plus.
The Chat Support Associate will respond to user inquiries via ticketing software, recreate and document bugs for engineering, investigate and resolve data issues, and communicate resolutions to users. They will troubleshoot issues, explain solutions clearly, handle administrative tasks like account management and credit approvals, and collaborate with engineering, partner, and corporate teams on feature requests and enhancements. Additionally, they will work with partners to streamline communication and develop support workflows.
