Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or ECAD/EDA client-facing roles. Hands-on experience with Altium products is preferred, along with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, the individual will be the primary technical contact for Enterprise customers, ensuring their success with Altium solutions; building trusted relationships and guiding customers on implementation, integration, and optimization; troubleshooting technical issues, escalating to R&D when needed, and driving resolutions; identifying growth opportunities and leading strategic business reviews; collaborating with Sales, Support, and R&D to align customer needs with product development; advocating for customers internally and providing actionable feedback; and monitoring customer health and mitigating risks to drive retention.
