Technical expertise in various technologies including Modern Retail, Fixed Operations, Dealer Operations, and Forms is required, along with comprehensive knowledge of CDK products. A willingness to travel up to 60% is also necessary, and the role requires residing near major airports within the MST time zone.
The Customer Success Solutions Consultant will leverage deep expertise in software development and the automotive industry to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success. This role involves collaborating with the Product organization to design and implement customized strategies that enhance product adoption and value realization. Responsibilities include improving CSM efficiency, reducing client cancellations, increasing client retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The consultant will continuously improve existing CDK solutions, partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions, and drive deeper customer engagement. They will also collaborate with development teams to architect solutions, maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDK product releases, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. Strengthening relationships with dealership management, providing continuous enablement and proactive technical support, and working with at-risk customers to determine turnaround strategies are key duties. Additionally, the role involves participating as a stakeholder in the design of customer data tools, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring CSMs and peers, serving as a Subject Matter Expert on change management, and providing feedback to Sales and Marketing.
