A proven ability to engage with senior executives, build consensus, and deliver impactful customer-facing solutions is essential, along with proficiency in identifying business challenges and aligning solutions with success criteria. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and multitasking skills are required, as is the ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate effectively. Past experience in a world-class consulting or technology organization is preferred.
The Enterprise Architect will lead multi-solution implementations for strategic customers, defining solution strategy and architecture, and driving the overall implementation of Adobe Solutions. They will represent Adobe Services as the lead architect on key accounts, bringing deep knowledge of digital experience and marketing technology to align enterprise solution architecture with business strategy. Responsibilities include identifying key business drivers and technology capabilities, recommending future state system and application architecture, and ensuring alignment between business strategy, IT roadmap, and deployment teams. The role involves engaging and evangelizing recommendations to executive leadership, acting as a liaison between business and IT experts, and growing Adobe's architecture practice by sharing customer feedback with product engineering and product managers.
