Candidates must have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment. Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, data science, and product is required, along with proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools like Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong stakeholder management skills, a commitment to inclusive hiring practices, and the ability to travel approximately 6 times per year are also necessary. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country.
The Full Cycle Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies. They will lead end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, sourcing and engaging diverse candidates through various channels. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral interviews, supporting technical interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, coaching hiring teams on best practices, and contributing to the evolution of recruiting programs and employer brand.
