Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role with a proven track record of driving new business and solution selling. They must possess the ability to understand and articulate technical solutions aligned to client needs and have proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and Czech is required, along with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to stay current with industry trends.
The Solution Sales Manager will build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and presenting tailored solutions. They will partner with sales teams to navigate the evaluation stage of the sales process, providing technical expertise and strategic insights. Conducting engaging product demonstrations, contributing to account planning, and serving as the go-to advisor for creating client-specific buying visions are key duties. Additionally, they will collaborate on packaging, pricing, and presenting solutions that meet client needs, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure compliance with all business and industry standards.
