Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of proven field account management or account executive experience, with a demonstrated track record of selling complex enterprise solutions. Strong analytical and computer skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities with a top-notch customer service approach, and proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships are essential. The ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate thoughtful leadership, and work successfully in a team, along with a creative problem-solving approach and experience selling technology, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales Account Manager is responsible for sourcing and closing new customers, and for the end-to-end management of existing client relationships within a defined set of enterprise accounts. Key duties include maintaining and growing the client base, driving specific product revenue, building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, performing outbound contact to sell additional solutions, and converting customer challenges into new opportunities. The role also involves maintaining an active pipeline to meet quota objectives, improving customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal Adobe teams to provide customer feedback and drive revenue.
