Adobe's Digital Media Enterprise team is seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to support the needs of our Enterprise clients. This role is responsible for sourcing and closing new business, as well as managing existing client relationships end-to-end. Success will be measured by revenue delivered against targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention, and contributions to the sales team and business unit. We are looking for a "hunter" with a proven history of quota over-achievement and strong customer relationships, focusing on enterprise accounts with over $1B in annual revenue.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $227,500 - $357,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary, and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
