Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager, Selling will lead a cross-functional, fullstack engineering team to build the end-to-end experience of listings, empowering sellers to merchandise their inventory in various sales channels and formats. This role involves collaborating with Product, Design, and Data to shape the technical foundation of the commerce journey, including seller tools, merchandising systems, sales formats, and checkout experience. The manager will provide technical leadership, guide the team on skills and direction, and ensure high-velocity delivery of solutions. They will also manage stakeholders, competing priorities, and ambiguity, while leveraging engineering-led judgment to guide the team.
