Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related Go-To-Market roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. A proven track record of designing and implementing scalable sales enablement programs in a SaaS or high-growth environment is required, along with strong facilitation and communication skills. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN, and sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or Seismic is also necessary. The ability to work 100% remotely is a must.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will own the strategy and execution of enablement initiatives impacting revenue performance and go-to-market alignment. This includes designing and leading onboarding, continuous learning, and sales methodology adoption programs, as well as developing and delivering training content for product knowledge and sales skills. The role involves partnering with Product Marketing and RevOps to create sales collateral, ensuring sellers have access to necessary content, defining and tracking enablement KPIs, and collaborating with GTM leaders for consistent messaging and execution.
