Requirements

Responsibilities

The Go-To-Market Enablement Manager will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for market-facing teams, covering product knowledge, role-specific skills, and operational updates. This includes designing onboarding and ongoing curriculum, incorporating external development, streamlining knowledge management, and driving applied learning and certification. The role involves enabling teams on GTM technologies like Salesforce and HubSpot, partnering with leadership across Growth and Client Organizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, co-creating enablement content, and measuring program effectiveness through data-driven recommendations and key metrics.
