Proficiency in using AI tools for program design, workflow efficiency, and decision-making is also required, along with excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. An innovative, outcome-driven mindset focused on measurable results and continuous learning is essential.
The Revenue Enablement Manager will empower the sales team to excel in retaining and expanding business within existing accounts by designing and delivering programs, assets, and strategies. They will build and scale enablement programs focused on retention and expansion, leveraging best-in-class practices and customer insights. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering sales enablement solutions, conducting skills gap analyses, and developing/implementing solutions to address identified gaps. The role involves developing and monitoring sales enablement metrics, coordinating and running programmatic sessions for new sales joiners, and monitoring sales objectives related to training. Additionally, they will coach sales teams on effective selling skills, product knowledge, and processes, and align with Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure renewal and upsell strategies are operationalized and measured.
