Requirements

5+ years of experience in enablement, technical training, learning & development, or related roles (SaaS, Martech, or enterprise software preferred)
Prior experience working with technical teams (e.g., Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, or Product Specialties)
Strong understanding of product updates, industry shifts, and technical requirements
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design and scale training programs
Experience in developing certifications that validate skills and expertise
Ability to organize hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops that spread innovation across regions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with technical teams
Experience in developing and implementing learning paths that ensure new hires ramp up quickly and effectively
