Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global enablement strategy aligned with company business objectives and growth targets
  • Lead and manage the global enablement team, providing direction, coaching, and support for high performance and professional growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align enablement initiatives with company priorities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs including onboarding, continuous learning, product training, sales methodologies, and best practices
  • Oversee strategy to develop and maintain a repository of enablement content (playbooks, competitive analysis, product information, case studies, training materials)
  • Implement scalable enablement technologies and platforms for training and resources across global teams, customers, and partners
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement programs
  • Continuously assess and improve enablement strategies based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on impact and ROI of enablement efforts
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams
