Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of proven experience in sales enablement, including experience in both startups and more mature companies. SaaS industry experience is required, and a background as a salesperson, insurance industry knowledge, and client-facing experience are considered strong pluses. Strong people management experience, ideally with SDR or sales teams, is also necessary, along with the ability to quickly grasp complex business models and translate them into effective learning strategies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects professionally.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Manager will partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive consistent messaging and go-to-market strategy. They will design, deliver, and maintain engaging training programs and sales content, support ongoing development by equipping managers to coach effectively, and build and maintain scalable enablement resources. This role also involves tracking and reporting on key performance indicators and managing, coaching, and developing the SDR team.
