Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Channel-focused leadership roles, with 3+ years managing or mentoring technical partnership teams
  • Proven track record of scaling partner or professional services programs for SaaS or fintech organizations (experience with GSIs and ISVs strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable partner enablement and implementation frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and external partners
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Nice to Haves

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Partner Consulting organization, aligning it with Ramp’s growth goals, enterprise expansion, and AI-led initiatives
  • Collaborate with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Partners to advocate for product & integration development in line with customer & partner needs
  • Help partners build service packages targeted at Ramp customers and identify opportunities for client advisory services or managed services that will incentivize partners to sell Ramp to their clients
  • Establish operating cadences, KPIs, and resourcing models to evaluate the impact of Partner Consultant involvement on channel goals and headcount needed to meet growth targets
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on technical excellence, partner advocacy, and measurable business outcomes
