Candidates must possess 7+ years of experience in Sales or CS Enablement, Leadership Development, Sales/CS leadership, or related senior-level roles. A strong understanding of leadership coaching best practices, sales methodologies, and the skills required to lead high-performing revenue teams is essential. Proven success in building, scaling, and facilitating leadership development programs that create measurable business impact is required, along with experience partnering with Talent/HR teams on manager or executive training programs. Strong project management skills, the ability to analyze business metrics, and exceptional communication and facilitation skills are also necessary.
The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will partner with General Managers and VPs across the Revenue organization to uncover leadership skill needs, coaching opportunities, and areas of development. They will own and facilitate existing Revenue Leadership Development programs, lead the Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer Success councils to inform enablement strategy, and collaborate with Talent Development to design and deliver customized leadership skill training. This role involves using data and metrics to identify leadership improvement opportunities and coach leaders, as well as facilitating engaging training sessions and workshops.
