Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, with a strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and complex sales environments. Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Trainer will reinforce and optimize the use of MEDDPICC across the sales organization, develop and deliver world-class training programs for sales reps and leaders, promote territory ownership and accountability, enable and coach teams on consultative selling behaviors, build and scale leadership enablement programs, partner with various teams to align training initiatives, and monitor training effectiveness using performance data and feedback loops.
