Requirements

Candidates must have 20+ years of experience as a finance leader, including managing finance teams and coaching individuals. A coaching certification is a plus but not required. Applicants should possess strong people leadership skills, a passion for helping others advance in their careers, high emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a growth mindset. The role requires comfort in a startup environment, the ability to dedicate at least 12+ hours per month for 24+ months, and candidates must be based in North America or Europe.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to members, participating in ongoing training to enhance coaching abilities, and communicating with members between sessions via email or the Mento App. Coaches are expected to be active members of the Mento coaching community, sharing tools and insights to improve coaching practices and empower members. They must act as ambassadors of the Mento community with kindness, respect, and empathy.
