Requirements

Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, account management, partner marketing, or product marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries. A strong understanding of the digital and gaming consumer ecosystem is required, along with a proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential for influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners, as is the demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with international and/or multi-regional teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Go-To-Market Strategist will advise and influence partners on their GTM strategies for key titles, ensuring alignment with both PlayStation and partner goals, and will serve as the primary lead for developing and sharing educational materials on PlayStation GTM capabilities and best practices for independent partners. This role involves providing guidance and support for the discoverability of independent partner content on PlayStation, overseeing partnership engagement for effective deal execution in collaboration with the global marketing team, and defining/securing SIE marketing commitments. The strategist will also consolidate go-to-market reporting, build and maintain cross-functional relationships to stay current on GTM opportunities, act as a subject matter expert on product roadmaps for key titles, and collaborate within the Partner Commerce Team to establish and execute partner plans. Additionally, they will provide holistic and actionable reporting on GTM executions to shape future strategies and participate in team meetings, partner check-ins, and business performance reviews.
