Requirements

Candidates should have experience building and scaling high-impact revenue enablement programs in growth environments, achieving measurable improvements in sales velocity, win rates, and quota attainment. Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies, implementing and maintaining revenue enablement tools, strong communication skills, and a data-centric approach are required. Cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS/technology industry experience are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Director will develop and launch a best-in-class revenue enablement program, partnering across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive alignment and revenue results. Responsibilities include ensuring sellers have the strategy, content, tools, and processes to build pipeline, increase conversions, accelerate deal velocity, and deliver a superior customer experience. The role also involves successfully onboarding and ramping new sellers and assessing sales team effectiveness to identify and prioritize program enhancements.
