Requirements

Candidates must have over 6 years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of coaching high-performing teams. They should also possess over 3 years of experience in enablement or sales-related roles, along with people management experience. Additionally, candidates need over 4 years of experience in talent management, including developing onboarding or leader enablement programs, and a passion for employee experience and growth culture. Experience in designing and delivering impactful training for sales leaders, including sales manager playbooks, is essential. Robust experience in value selling methodologies like MEDDPICC or other consultative approaches, with a deep understanding of onboarding, sales process, and leadership coaching, is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams and levels, are necessary. Fluency in sales and enablement technology, including CRM (Salesforce), Seismic, CMS, LMS, ROI/TCO tools, and platforms supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics, is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The GTM Sales Leader Excellence role involves leading global strategy for revenue leader development and onboarding across Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals. Responsibilities include designing leadership programs, building onboarding experiences, and implementing frameworks to boost performance. The role also entails collaborating with teams like the Value Selling COE and leveraging AI tools to enhance training, coaching, and productivity. Key duties include developing a comprehensive Revenue Leader Pathway with leadership training focused on communication, motivation, strategic thinking, and sales performance management. The position requires designing and executing immersive onboarding to align new leaders with Zoom’s culture, values, and processes, and establishing a competency framework to identify and address skill gaps. The role also involves partnering with the Value Selling COE to scale the Zoom Way of Selling and deliver impactful training in account management and value-based selling, as well as creating engaging learning experiences and integrating AI-driven tools for personalized training, real-time coaching, sales call analysis, and productivity enhancement.
