Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented sales enablement professional with a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing enablement programs. They should be a proactive problem-solver capable of both strategic planning and hands-on execution, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Experience managing and mentoring junior team members is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will oversee the assessment and identification of sales efficiency gaps, drive the implementation of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, and design and execute data-driven solutions to elevate the sales process. They will develop and deliver advanced training curricula and coaching sessions, manage the creation and curation of sales enablement content, and establish a centralized sales knowledge repository. Additionally, they will lead the design and execution of new hire onboarding programs, collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate sales collateral, and partner with Sales Leadership to select and implement a sales methodology.
