Candidates should possess 2+ years of full cycle software/SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota, 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, preferably within a high-growth SaaS company offering technical solutions, confidence in leveraging AI tools, experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, program management experience delivering impactful enablement programs, solid project management skills including planning, detail management, stakeholder collaboration, and navigating ambiguity, excellent facilitation and presentation skills suitable for diverse learners, a creative mindset for generating and executing innovative learning ideas, strong interpersonal and team player skills, and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will identify regional sales enablement needs by meeting regularly with Regional VPs, Sales Directors, and sellers, develop strategic plans to address these needs, assess AE competency and performance areas for improvement and collaborate with first-line managers to drive improvement, work with SMEs to adapt existing trainings or develop new content/trainings, deliver onboarding training modules both virtually and in-person, track and measure enablement program engagement and impact, regularly report results to stakeholders, and balance strategic planning with execution by developing and delivering blended learning solutions.
