Keeper Security is seeking a motivated and passionate Bilingual (French) Training Specialist to join our expanding B2B Support division. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer training on Keeper's cybersecurity software. The position is based in the United States but requires operating on Irish Standard Time (IST) to support customers and internal teams in Ireland and the broader EMEA region. This is a 100% remote position, with an option for a hybrid schedule for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

The Bilingual (French) Training Specialist will be responsible for:

• Delivering training programs and materials to educate business customers and partners on Keeper services' functionalities, features, and best practices.
• Assisting in the design and creation of new training modules.
• Ensuring training materials are consistently updated to reflect best practices.
• Empowering customers and partners to effectively utilize the software for business success.

Hours: To operate 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Irish Standard Time (IST) (e.g., 2:30 am - 11:00 am CST).

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proficiency in using Keeper products and maximizing their benefits, tailoring content to different audience types and skill levels.
• Help create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources.
• Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars, providing guidance on software usage, customization, and optimization.
• Ensure training sessions are interactive and participatory, encouraging questions, discussions, and hands-on experience.
• Engage with customers to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve Keeper training programs and materials.
• Offer post-training support and follow-up sessions to address questions, provide clarifications, ensure successful adoption, and gather feedback for product improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communication for a comprehensive understanding of each training engagement.
• Maintain an organized repository of training materials and resources for easy access and reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and insights gained from training sessions, contributing to product enhancements and customer support.
• Work from the United States while maintaining active working hours aligned with Irish Standard Time (IST) to effectively collaborate with regional clients and internal team members.
• Communicate with French and English-speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent experience.
