Fluency in both French and English, both verbally and in writing, is essential. The role requires the ability to work from the United States while adhering to Irish Standard Time (IST) working hours.
The Bilingual (French) Training Specialist will deliver training programs and materials to educate business customers and partners on Keeper services, tailoring content to different audience types and skill levels. Responsibilities include designing and creating new training modules, conducting virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and providing post-training support. The specialist will also assess training needs, gather feedback for program improvement, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with internal teams to share insights and aid in product enhancements.
