Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement with a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly complex or solution selling. Experience enabling both technical and non-technical sales roles is required, along with strong facilitation and instructional design skills. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and performance analytics is also necessary.
The Enablement Program Manager will lead enablement efforts for portfolio offerings, sales conversion strategies, and cross-sell initiatives, partnering with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Product Management. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market readiness plans, creating sales playbooks, equipping the sales team with tools and messaging for conversion, building targeted enablement plans for cross-selling, and delivering technical training on product capabilities. The role also involves leveraging sales enablement platforms, measuring program impact, and acting as a liaison between field teams and corporate functions.
