Candidates must have 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS B2B, with a proven track record of managing complex deals and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing the full sales cycle, including lead prospecting and development, is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other sales technologies is required, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills for product demos and negotiations. Persistence, tenacity, collaboration, influence, coachability, and a willingness to work Monday-Friday from 5 AM - 2 PM MST are also necessary. International account experience and a history of being a top performer are preferred.

Responsibilities include maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, documenting activities in CRM, leveraging networks for opportunities, developing data-driven business cases, generating demand through outreach, engaging executives, overcoming objections, negotiating deals, planning pursuits, qualifying opportunities, prioritizing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.
