Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Sales or CS Enablement, Sales or CS roles, Sales or CS leadership, Sales or CS strategy, or a similar capacity. Experience working across multiple international markets, proficiency in project management, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies, the sales process, customer lifecycle, and the revenue tech stack are required. Demonstrated ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity, problem-solve with root cause identification, and represent complex concepts into digestible curricula are also necessary. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and exemplary organizational skills are essential.
The Commercial GTM Enablement Manager will partner with Commercial Account Executive and Account Manager Teams and leadership to identify business needs and design relevant programs and training. They will execute core enablement programs by collaborating with international enablement managers, stakeholders, sales, customer success, front-line managers, and marketing teams. Responsibilities include analyzing key metrics to identify gaps and define impactful enablement programs, collaborating with a global enablement team on deliverables like manager enablement and content creation, and articulating best-in-class enablement strategies. The role involves leading training facilitation for core programs, events, and other prioritized enablement initiatives, and creating a strong feedback loop to continuously improve programs and processes based on business impact and stakeholder feedback.
