Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Sales and/or GTM Strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Experience with sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices is required, along with a proven track record of developing and scaling global enablement programs across pre-sales and post-sales functions. Expertise with GTM tech including LMS, Content Management Systems, and Knowledge Management Systems is necessary. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of GTM Enablement will lead the strategy and execution of skill-based training and product proficiency programs for global GTM teams. They will design and scale enablement curriculums, manage and develop a team of Enablement Managers, and deliver high-impact learning experiences. This role involves serving as the voice of the field to influence enablement priorities, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership, and developing metrics to measure enablement effectiveness.
