Candidates should possess 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS organization, with proven experience in a hypergrowth or fast-paced SaaS environment and a deep understanding of sales and revenue operations. They should have experience in sales training and onboarding, demonstrating a track record of driving results, and a strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales. Expertise in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft or Outreach is required, along with familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content management tools.
As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will help set the strategy for the onboarding and training of the salesforce and customer-facing teams, creating and executing a powerful training curriculum ranging from onboarding programs to continuous education and topic-based instruction. You will also create and maintain the content utilized by GTM teams to support the entire customer lifecycle, collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders to ensure training evolves with technology and business, identify, develop, measure, and meet KPIs for success, and create organization and structure within a fast-paced environment.
