Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Revenue Enablement Manager to help launch and scale our Revenue Enablement function as we revolutionize the legal tech industry. This position is ideal for an individual with experience in sales enablement, training, content creation, and data analysis within a SaaS environment. The successful candidate will be adept at working in an agile, fast-moving setting and eager to contribute to scaling our revenue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Help set the strategy for the onboarding and training of salesforce and customer-facing teams to ensure scalability.
  • Curriculum Creation & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum, including onboarding programs, continuous education, and topic-specific instruction.
  • Content Management: Create and maintain essential content for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to support the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other leaders to ensure training initiatives align with evolving technology and business needs.
  • KPI Management: Identify, develop, measure, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for enablement success.
  • Organization & Structure: Establish organization and structure within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience in a hypergrowth or fast-paced SaaS environment with a strong understanding of sales and revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales training and onboarding with a track record of achieving results.
  • History of driving bottom-line results through enablement and training initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) and best practices in sales enablement.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
  • Experience building and managing a team of revenue enablement professionals.
  • Tech-savvy with up-to-date knowledge of virtual learning and development technologies.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and performance enhancement, particularly in a fully remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling enablement content and deliver engaging training.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and their integration with sales processes.
